Attorney Shelly R. Steiner graduated with honors, Cum Laude, from law school in 2006 and focuses on estate planning, probate, trusts and contracts. Prior to establishing Steiner Law Offices, she practiced law in downtown Chicago at a large law firm of over 400 attorneys. Having formerly been a high school mathematics teacher, she now enjoys regularly speaking to groups on estate-planning related matters.
In addition, attorneys Scott A. Steiner and Shelly R. Steiner are married … to each other. They have lived in Lakewood Ranch since 2012 with their twin daughters and golden doodle. They enjoy golfing, playing tennis, kayaking and spending time together as a family.

- Get Qualified – you may be pre-qualified in a matter of minutes on the phone or internet, or pre-approved – a more demanding process, but is strongly encouraged.
- Shop Loan Programs and Rates – find out which loan program benefits you most by deciding how long you plan to keep the loan, understanding the rates and points, and comparing loan programs.
- Apply for a Loan – research and preparation makes applying easy and can be done online or in person.
- Obtain Loan Approval – the loan process begins once your loan application has been received followed by the verification process. Several factors can help improve your chances of getting approved which we will share with you.
- Close the Loan – after the loan is approved, you will sign the final loan documents, which usually takes place in the presence of a Notary Public. With refinance and home equity loan transactions, federal law requires three days to review the documents before your loan transaction can close. Purchase transactions do not have a three-day rescission period.

Devron L. Doyno is a certified civil mediator in Florida, mediating matters that concern disputes in real estate, real estate commission, developer, community association, business, contractor, labor, and employment; employment discrimination; private employment contracts; class actions; and tort claims. Mr. Doyno also mediates disputes for parties in the pre-litigation filing stage of a dispute.
Mr. Doyno has over 40 years of negotiation and management experience in concerns pertaining to business, real estate, community associations, employment, construction, insurance, and banking. Experience that enables disputing parties to draw from his expert knowledge in order to assist them in achieving a positive professional alternative dispute resolution process, that affords them open-minded opportunity in achieving mutual self-determined agreement to solve their disputes without further court intervention.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies, and has graduate education and certification in Dispute Resolution and Consensus Building.
Mr. Doyno is also a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker and Community Association Manager. Additionally, Mr. Doyno provides a service as a professional lecturer in topic areas of civil mediation, mediation as a form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and how it is different from adversarial litigation and court determination, consensus building, employment and employee dispute issues, and issues as they pertain to real estate, and community association management.

After law school, Dennis joined the law firm of Joryn Jenkins, P.A., and concentrated his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy, family law, and appeals.
